Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays.

 

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and busy periods such as holidays can add extra days.

 

Carrier and tracking

We ship with USPS. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

 

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We can only change it before your order ships.

 

Late or lost orders

If your tracking has not moved or your order has not arrived 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, email us and we will look into it.
