Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required to process your return.
Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size, color, or design, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund for the returned product.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, contact us at FanTrendz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will provide detailed instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please ensure the item is packaged securely before shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
